K A Perry Real Estate, LLC is Wolfeboro's oldest real estate firm, under the same management & ownership. We have been assisting Buyers & Sellers of all types of Wolfeboro area real estate since 1969. During that time, we have also developed a specialty in Older & Antique Homes and their nearby acreage.

As members of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS' Multiple Listing Service, we can show and assist you in buying any currently listed property in the entire state of New Hampshire. At the same time, we have purposefully remained a small family firm, so that we may continue to offer the best of personalized service.

Virginia is a 1966 graduate of SMTI, now UMass-Dartmouth. She taught 2nd grade in Lakeville, MA and then was the Art Department in the Alton (NH) schools for several years in the 1970s. She is the mother of our one son and Grammy to our one Grandson. She has also been the primary-Restorer of our two North Wolfeborough Historic District projects...the "Parsonage", a c1840 center-chimney Cape, and more recently, our current home, a c1830 center-hall 2 story Federal with 8 original fireplaces! A licensed REALTOR since the 1980s, Ginny also serves as our Head-Gardener.

Ken is a 1967 graduate of Antioch College (OH), holds an MEd degree from UNH, and taught grade 7/8 Science for two years in Rehoboth, MA. Moving to Wolfeboro in 1969, he served as Teaching Principal in New Durham until 1978; then as K-6 Principal for Effingham & Ossipee Schools, 1978-1989. He completed his 34-year career as an Educator in the Governor Wentworth Regional School District, serving as K-6 Principal at Tuftonboro Central School, until 2003.

A licensed NH Broker since 1969, Ken worked part-time as a local REALTOR "so he could afford to be a teacher." Since July 2003, he has devoted his full energies to assisting Buyers & Sellers of All-Types of Wolfeboro- area Real Estate, while continuing to specialize in "Older Homes and their nearby Acreage."
